Questions about credits.

What are credits?+
Each credit lets you create one poll. When you publish a poll, one credit is deducted from your balance. Credits are shared across all your polls — there's no per-poll expiry.
Do credits expire?+
No. Once you buy credits they stay in your account until you use them. No time limits, no monthly resets.
What does an AMA cost?+
AMAs cost 3 credits each. AMAs are coming soon — when they launch, you'll be able to use credits from any pack you've already purchased.
What's your refund policy?+
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, contact us and we'll refund the full amount. Once credits have been used, we can't offer a refund for that pack.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
You can still view your existing polls and their results. You just won't be able to create new ones until you buy more credits.
